Artistic Offerings

Baltimore Festivals and Vending Events

Catch me at a local Baltimore Festival or Vending event to talk your favorite stories of the places I've painted! These paintings are made for locals... by a local. At each festival/event a new series of paintings/prints are created to celebrate that special Baltimore Neighborhood. I would love to capture your narrative and talk about some of your local Charm City spots that have brought you joy!

Jungian Visual Story Telling

Through the lens of my "visual journal", witness a narrative of Jungian themes and exploratory painting. View the world through a different perspective, one that is guided by the collective archetypes that encompass all of us. Using mind mapping, dream work, and surrealist idea generating techniques, I use journaling to connect to a higher power and connecting to a shadow self.

Artistic Education Fusion

Shannon Townsend is an art educator. She brings her love of creating into the classroom, nurturing students into their own path of creative expression. She is grateful for this daily mission and for the students who have taught her how to be a beautiful human.

If you are a Baltimore Event Vendor and would like me to create a small series for your local event, please contact me. Due to an increase in booking, specialized commissions that are not local to Baltimore are no longer available.

Prints/Cards of the paintings will only be sold at local events so that we can increase the foot traffic to support these communities and neighborhoods.
